Things that help

Dill pickles can break a crave . Cinnamon is a crave buster .
Change up your routines .
Keep water handy . Keeping your hand around a glass or cup keeps you grounded and sipping on water gives you that hand mouth relief and flushes out toxins .
Blowing bubbles is a great distraction for crave busting and helps with that inhale exhale ; blow that stress away with each bubble .
Stress a 10 ? Breathe in relaxation then slowly exhale the 10 stress relaxing your shoulders and dropping the level of your stress each time to a little lower number . Do this multiple times until you feel yourself actually dropping it so low it feels good and you are relaxing . ( This takes practise but is so worth it )
One day at a time . One step in front of the other .

Hi BLieve :) I also hate getting cut off in the middle of trying to convey a thought. Where there is a will to continue, then we will.!
I remember the 3 D"s when I quit smoking. DRINK, DELAY AND DEEP BREATHING.
While we may not have our phones handy to distract and delay or water to drink, we can always just take a moment to deep breathe. Maybe it was the 4 D's but distract works very well too!
I do know Not One Puff Ever (NOPE) stuck with me and the stories from those who forgot ensured that I would not be so daring as to try (and lose)
Also remember to THINK POSITIVE!

We gather a lot of tools over the years . Planning ahead , or having tips helped me distract myself when I couldn’t think of anything but smoke . I wrote the tips and ideas down and then posted them on my fridge so I could easily be reminded when my thinking was consumed by smoking thoughts or I couldn’t think at all .
I used post it notes for mantras and positive vibes and my reason for quitting was tacked to the bathroom mirror .
Crave busters .. I used a ping pong ball 🏓 counting how many times I could bounce it on the bat or just bounced it on the floor . It kept mind / hands busy .
