What do I do?

These are some of the things I do and think about in order to beat my cravings:
1. Take several deep breaths exhaling out my mouth.
2. A 10-15 minute silent meditation just focusing on cool air into my brain and warm air flowing out of my nostrils. Then change the warm air to cool for 10 mins then at the end back to warm.
3. Listening to some music that suits my mood.
4. Pulling out weeds in the garden
5. Swimming , either some laps or just playing in the water.
6. Reading an interesting book or looking up something new on the net.
7. Filing and painting my toenails.
8. Phoning a friend especially if things feel really difficult.
9. Having a browse through this site and helping out if I can.
10. Making plans for home improvements
