So. I’m officially 5 days in. It’s intense right now. My mental health is not where I want it to be.

At at this moment I’m craving a smoke!!

I really don’t want to slip up but I feel like I NEED ONE!!!

Withdrawals are kicking my a$$ right now.

Hi Lara. I trust you have been reading the posts and comments. I hope you have followed up on my advice to read Allan Carr's FREE e-book on line. The click of a mouse can make you feel like a tiger!

We are stronger than nicotine, and all we really have to do is change our minds. Change how you think and choose freedom, wealth, life and happiness. What is so hard about that? We did it and so can you. You will not crave for something you no longer want in your life. Quitting can be as easy or as hard as you choose.

Keep on with the the willpower and determination......or simply make a choice!

Keep with little goals,... one hour at a time,.. one day at a time. You have made it through with what most people consider the hardest days. Keep thinking positive. When the urge comes,.. it is only a thought,... and that thought will go away (and it does!!). Keep strong, keep your eyes on the prize$$$.
