So disappointed with myself!

I was going so well for 3 weeks and now I am back at square one again. I have been smoking for a week now and it only took one slip. I am not sure why my mindset changed, smoking is such a horrendous addiction. Although I feel like giving up on giving up, I know I need to pick myself back up and start again. So day 1 again for me!!

Hi Hol2021, it's okay that you slipped, it happens. Good girl for going again, see how easy one little slip sends you spiraling. You are on this journey for a reason, you want this, so dig those heels in and fight. You are fighting for your future, your freedom, health and wealth. Stick close to the site, I personally love reading the stories daily, it provides me with strength in my journey. We are cheering you on, you can do this. Start speaking and acting like a non smoker, as of this momemt you simply don't smoke anymore. Its a choice, you are not a smoker missing out on anything, you are choosing a new path full of light, hope, fresh air and sunshine so get excited and be proud to choose to be a nonsmoker, I know I am😊🙌

Hol2021 NEVER give up on choking those smokes for good. Every single attempt will bring you closer to your final quit. I never knew which attempt to quit for good was going to be the final one. Every single attempt had seeds of success in them therefore every attempt was a success of some measure. 3 weeks of smoke free is not to be laughed at, dismissed or put down in any way. 3 weeks is an AWESOME amount of time to have got under your belt for further attempts. It sounds to me like every attempt to quit for good is a building of the foundation for your final and most successful attempt. I sure am looking forward to hearing how you put one foot in front of the other and continue on your path of being a nonsmoker once and for all 🙌🙏❤️

Hello Hol2021 . Just like everyone is saying,... you slipped, so what, it happens, it's only the foundation to your final quit. Your "dress rehearsal" so to speak. You are getting back on the saddle which shows you really want to quit. YOU CAN DO THIS! As you know, you are not the only one to hit "reset". I'm in the double digits of "resetting". Don't quit on quitting! Make this quit the last quit. Keep focused. Keep your eyes on the prize and after 3 weeks of not smoking, you must know there are prizes coming your way. Hang in there.
