Is it normal to have a slip up with smoking?

I mean I had done 3 solid months of nothing cold turkey

And then 1 day it was like over whelming cravings that really took over and I give it? Does all ex smokers get this feeling.

I think I am doing Okie still

I no I did slip up and I'm really annoyed at that.

But i am still moving on counting days like that didn't happen.

Hello Gemma I'm on day 53 with a slip on day 19, day 52, day 50 and day 49. Day 49 and day 50 I had one smoke and day 52 I had 2 smokes. I think you are doing amazingly Gemma one slip in just over 3 months is something to be very proud of. I still count my days as 53 with 4 slips because that's what it is. You are a non smoker Gemma who had one slip WHAT AN ACHIEVMENT. I'm sticking with you Gemma we can do this.
