Hi gemma23. Yeah I feel fine. But last week i am having headache, tinggling in my hands and feet and itchiness all over my back and chest.. that was last week..but this week I feel normal.. as in totally normal.

Mm funny you should say that I get a little itchy my self on my chest and back recently but not very often
Hopefully it's the body's way of recovering

Ok. Thanks Gemma😜 as long as you understand what I'm trying to say. English is not my language.sorry if it sounds funny

Wonderful news Sadm3, thanks for coming back to share your success. You will be so used to having that extra money now, so as suggested give yourself a reward you have earned it. Keep on smiling and NOPE (not one puff ever)

Congratulations and I totally agree with TREAT YOURSELF something special because you deserve it. Great job and well done to you

Thank you guys. Yeah I will treat my self. I want a vacation with my family after this pandemic. So for now, I'm saving the extra money 😊

😅 yes I totally understand what you are saying. Vacation sounds wonderful
I also am saving for a trip back to Ireland to see my family as I had to cancel this year due to covid.
I'm so glad to be a non smoker I can really save some money now

So Wonderful to hear your great news and to know you are doing well. I hope you are adjusting to the "new norm". Your English is fine, I cannot boast of knowing a second language. You are a strong person to raise a family, and quit smoking while going through this pandemic. Be proud! Be Free! Congratulations!

Hi happiness..still adjusting about this new normal thing. It's like I have this obsessive compulsive disorder. I freak out if I can't clean or dissenffect everything 😔

Sadm...how is ur shortness of breath now..? I m having on and off blocked nose n shortness of breath some times

Congratulations @Sadm3 for your 7 month smoke free life. I have also completed 6months and a week. I still have intermittent chest tightness and occasional stabbing pain. As all my cardiac reports were negative, I could not figure out the reasons. Please share your current experience as well. Thanks.
