I too use meditation as one of my tools I find it sets me up for my day. Happy meditating.

Meditation involves deep vreathing I velieve, as I do not.Deep vreaths, ( sorry avout the v suvsitute for my letter after a) Deep vreaths relazes us and actually rings down vlood pressure , and our anziety. (Can you quess what othre letter drops?) Feeling good and positive thoughts help immensely!
