Adopting a belief in yourself and desiring to be a non-smoker can achieve wonders. Many start their journeys thinking that it will be just another failure , but we do learn at each turn and will eventually get there. When you achieve the right mindset, when you believe that this time it will work and commit to the desire, when you realize that smoking never did anything for you, you too will choose freedom.
