Associate yourself to new place where your old habit reminds you, keep walking in new places/garden/mountains and breathe (deep breathe) after 1 month and observe what you missed when your able to breathe easily and deeply... :-)

It definitely feels great to breathe easier and deeper and to be free . My only regret is not having quit many years (decades) ago. Now we have more understanding of our captor and know that we can unlock our bonds and take back control. Be happy everyone, Be free.
