Just want to say, I’m so proud of everyone who decided to take that first step and follow through when it comes to quitting nicotine during 2019. Whether it’s your first day or day 365. I am absolutely proud of your courage. Keep going, everyday matters, every moment you decide to stick to your goal matters more, and it's always good to remind ourselves that we are not depriving ourselves of anything good.
2019 has been such a transitional year for me and I know so many others especially the ones fighting the nicotine addiction. I haven't smoked a cigarette in four months. I can't believe I can actually say this.

Thank you Vanity for your support and praise. We have had many successful quits this year. I wish there was a way to keep track of them all. While some had a peek and left, many stuck around to learn of our ways and how to go about quitting smoking successfully. Those who put their minds to work and a true effort were rewarded handsomely. Congratulations on your success as well.
I was grateful for the opportunity to become a happy non=smoker last year and i do believe in passing forward the support that we received. It is all these wonderful success stories that give hope to those starting out. Our quits have even encouraged family members and friends to quit as well. What more reward could you hope for?
I am hoping many success stories will be posted after Christmas with hints and tips for what you felt most helpful in quitting nicotine. We can beat the addiction. There are many, many here to prove it can be done.

One thing I've noticed. A lot of past forum members come back to just give a word or two of encouragement and hope to others because they are so GRATEFUL for the help and friendship they received.
That says a lot about this Forum.
