"Life is too short to spend at war with yourself"

Read that again

I love this one because of the whole internal battle crap. This brings me some perspective & helps calm my frantic mind. "This is only a blip on my timeline & it isn't even close to any of the other battles I have overcome. Keep it moving forward & don't look back, you don't live there anymore." This is one of the things I am trying for self talk.

It isn't as late tonight as it was last night (It's not even 10 yet). But I have had a rough day with my allergies & I am pretty wiped out so I am heading to bed early. I hope everyone has an awesome Sunday!

Til tomorrow friends...

schedule 1 Sep 2019

You have an awesome Sunday too Wendy. It is actuallly a long weekend here in Canada before school is back in . September brings cooler weather and I hope the internal fight in you has cooled to some degree. I weighed the pros and cons of retiring, but there really wasn't any decision to come to about quitting smoking. Once joining a group and understanding how nicotine hijacked our lives, it was a quick and final and yes, painless decision for me. There really should be no war. Give me one good reason right now why you should continure to smoke despite what you have learned. There is no going back, only forward as i see it. By all means explain your stance.

I know you can quit smoking, now is the time you believe and take action. xo

schedule 2 Sep 2019

You are better prepared than most, and yes the battle to overcome, is within yourself just because of that reason, you have had to battle and be at war with yourself in life. Now just suppose you don't need to put on your suit of armour not fully anyway, you can be your true self you can adopt a caring person to give you the quiet and calmness you deserve. Life is to short, protect yourself but bring sunshine along with you, take in and give out in equal amounts, you will not loose the battle persona ever.
