Escape From H'll with Joel Spritz

I often mention Allan Carr's book as being a great tool in accepting the journey but I have been reminded of someone just as persuasive. Whyquit is another forum and Joel Spritz gives great advice.

An old member dropped by and I read his story and years ago he wrote a story and recommended for everyone to read it, and I agree. So here is the link again.https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_L3LIabLCWCSTZXOF9tY3loNm8/view?usp=drivesdk

I have not read it all yet, but i did find that unlike Allan Carr, after about 40 pages , Joel does go into health issues and scare tactics. Still for those who really want to know all the dirty secrets of what smoking does to your body it should give you further incentive.

Joel also relays how our bodies can recover unless we are too late in acting.

We ignored the facts and warnings for years, but that was before we came here. We are open minded towards quitting now. Read a few pages anyways and stop when he gets into the dismal details if you wish. Maybe once you are quit you will read to help insure that you stay quit.

Thanks for the link EscapedFromHell.

I favorited to keep track of the link.

I am actually subscribed to Joel's youtube channel & I often watch his videos for a mental boost. They help calm my frantic mind & assure me that this is definitely possible. He's pretty inspiring to me.

Hi Happiness, not enough hours in the day for me at present, had a look and yes its inspiring, not so inspiring as getting an acknowledgement from real people on this forum though, and for me not so inspiring as "How to grow to be a happy non-smoker" by NASIA DAVOS from TEDxUniversityofPiraeus
