Understanding why I smoked

It’s all “just fluff & stuff”
I’ve added fluff and other things (smoking, shopping, spending, people) into my life in an attempt to comfort an unloved vulnerable young girl, to try and make her happy, feel loved and accepted. I just wanted acceptance. I must start with self acceptance of course xx
She was abandoned and neglected at times during her childhood & she needed her only comforter and protector - her mum. However, her mum was not always available. Emotionally, & physically.
She can be there for herself now.
She is me.
And she is incredible.
I am incredible xxx
