I need support

Hey guys! I’m aiming to be quit smoking by the 1st of July and I’m wanting advice I’m defiantly ready but I want to be prepared. Tell me how you quick. 💕

I'm not great at giving advice, but If you have the will and determination to not smoke, you will succeed. Its not easy but If you have a steadfast mindset, you can eradicate nicotine from the body in 72 hours. Keep busy and when a thought of having a smoke arises, well, it has to be replaced by anything other than that thought.
It is a mind game.
good luck

Hello Lanaricki. As you want to be quit by July 1, you have time to take a peek at my post of "If You've Given Up Giving Up. Try This!" Getting your mind in the right place and practicing dealing with some cravings will be of help. The article is chocked full of hints and advice. All the best on your journey! Knowledge and a positive outlook are imperative!

Welcome Lanaricki, people have used different methods to help them quit ie Cold/Smart Turkey, NRT or medications prescribed by their doctor. Agree with Red-67 above, read other peoples stories on this site and find a method that works for you. In my opinion the critical thing is first deciding YOU want to stop smoking, mindset is critical because in my opinion if you are not committed to giving up the addiction your chances of success are low. With the right mindset anyone can Quit.

Good Day Lanaricki. I hope you are able to navigate around the site better now that it is back to normal and have taken the time to read about different quits, problems, successes and methods of quitting.
First and foremost is acceptance that you are not giving up anything. Knowing that smoking has done nothing for you except have you make lame excuses for it to keep smoking. We came to accept and believe those lies.
The secret is to accept the truth of what we uncovered and to want to expel cigarettes and all nicotine from our lives. When we want to not smoke more than we desire to smoke, we will be ready to defeat the nicotine monster. Craving will cease as well. You may find voids through the day, but deep breathing, exercises, and other quick fill ins will soon put them to rest.
BELIEVING MAKES IT POSSIBLE.

Hi
Every day you dont smoke makes your mind stronger, Nicotine clings to the brain and clouds our better judgement. Fight it day by day. We all remember our day 1 and can understand that its not alot of fun.
BUT
It does get easier
