Hi Sneaky and welcome. You can quit smoking if you believe you can. Always think positively, as negative thoughts and feelings only hinder your progress. Look forward to this experience of liberating yourself. I do hope you have a plan come Monday. Reading and gathering knowledge here to help in your quit is essential. It is not about just putting the cigarettes away, but in changing how we feel about them, and changing our habits associated with them so the cravings will not persist.
