last pack

After 50 years of smoking i purchased my last pack of cigarettes 8 weeks ago.i took a good look at the sealed pack and decided not to have it so i called out to my next door neighbor and told her i decided to stop smoking so give them to your son and tell him i have stopped from this day and he can consider to do the same.i was very angry with myself as i just wasted $38 and this was my revenge to start this war with my brain. i wanted to make up for the loss of my $38 so by not having another puff i would get my money back by quitting .i am still angry by wasting my $38 but became determined not to ever touch them again.look guys and gals i saved over $800 in 8 weeks and i have lots of money to spend on precious items ie fishing rods etc. to top it all up i can actually take huge breaths without coughing my lungs out.I beg you all out there we all can do this and wouldn't you love to live longer ? its a cheap investment by purchasing your last pack and disposing it. Yes i crave them but i smile and shake my head NO.
YOU CAN DO IT

Good effort mate. I have been quit 121 days and must say my Fiance is loving it because any extra cash gets spent on her.................

Great work, keep it up. These stories are an inspiration to others trying to quit like yourself.

That is awesome, I love your sheer determination to take back the power. Well done fellow non smoker what an inspirational story😊

48 years for me. I start tomorrow or when I smoke up this last pack. I want to. I have to. I am determined. I will be your cheerleader. One day at a time, one day richer in $ and health.

Lil zoo and others , stand your ground and fight this head on . it may feel impossible but i can promise determination will prev ale. This is serious business and you will die sooner than you think if you keep on smoking. I am older and wiser now also heart broken cause i lost my darling of 45 years through the demon cancer. I know in myself that i wont ever touch another cigarette cause i won the battle with my brain. Dont worry the crave is still there but i make fun of it by saying no with a smile. When you decide to give up you dont wait to finish your last pack. You do this straight away and dispose whats left. i wish you all luck and i am sure your baby steps will make you get stronger. So many others and myself could do it then why cant YOU ? Remember DETERMINATION will make you the winner.

An inspiring quit, so thanks for sharing. I wish everyone could be free of the cravings and live without the constant fear that they will sneak up on you and sabotage your whole quit. I quit cold turkey and am smoke free, nicotine free and CRAVING FREE! I am a Happy Non-Smoker , if any have read Allan Carrs Book, they know the term. I did not read the book before i quit. I am now just reading it because my husband got it to quit smoking.
I have posted my successful quit. How to become a successful HAPPY NON-SMOKER is under "CRAVINGS' SPICE UP YOUR CRAVINGS. I sure do hope my suggestions and what worked for me will also work for you. We all deserve to me left alone by the nicotine monster.
