Change routine

I’m week 3 now and struggling but what had kept me going is changing a few basics. I’ve been walking of a morning only a few blocks and riding the bike to work one or two days a week. I also find need to hit smoking aids. The mouth sprays and gum seem to be working for me but have to have it with me 24/7.

Hi now I'm just reading this post of yours I too quit using NRT I started with gum and switched to lozenges. I set myself limits on the lozenges though and set a 3 month period of use. You can set your own rules but eventually you have to step down off the dependency of the nicotine. Good to focus on the habit though at first and you sound like you are doing great👍
