The List

Hello everyone, today is 128 days since I quit poisoning myself, there's been ups and downs, but now not smoking is like the normal thing. Do I miss it? Yes, Do I wish I had taken the decision to quit years ago? Yes
My advise to all new quitters is to make a list of all the reasons that made you stop and all the good things that will come. Read it every time you feel tempted, and remember your willpower becomes stronger with every day.

Hi Flamenco. I don't know if you work, but if you do, I hope you are enjoying your $100+ pay rise each week. That's about $5000 to $8000 pa. Go gal.

So so true. I wrote out a list and I also printed the time frame of the changes to your body when you do quit and put it on the fridge. I get a little impatient at times as the recovery has been a bit slow (or maybe it is too late for some things). I have early stages emphysema. I am still very positive about it all though and won't go back to smoking. Nearly 4 months for me now. :)
