Day 3, thanks to Alan Carr

Hunger for food, hunger for nicotine. Food craves, nicotine craves. "Aaah" wanting satisfaction while taking bites, "aaah" satisfaction while replenishing nicotine reserves. Welcome to the addict's world of nicotine normal, a world built on lies. For if we don't eat food we die, while if we stop using nicotine we thrive!
I now feel so much healthier and happier than I did three days ago, is it because when I am smoking, I feel so bad, and now I am starting to feel normal?

That’s great to hear!ive just finished week 3 of champix iniation weeks 1-4 and after one slip up on day 8 I just stuck with it and kept myself occupied but then on day 21 I succumbed yet again but that time it was two rollies and I could taste the chemicals but it didn’t stop me from smoking them but what I’m concerned about is that I suffer with major depressive disorder and now I’m starting to feel very low and I’ve discovered that champix can make you feel depressed although I’m going to play it by ear and see how things progress, wish me luck ppl PLEASE!!!

I am in day 3 (turkey)as well, only aahh I want is everytime I get through a little crave. Hope it is still going well for you another few hours and nictotine at such low levels it will be basically gone from my system. Time for my receptors to take a rest and return to what they are supposed to be.

I used the Allen Carr book the last time I quit (lasted 3 months) and it was great. Go you!!
