Be positive!

Hi all,

I've been finding it easier if I stay positive about the benefits of not smoking rather than wishing I was having a cigarette. When I have a craving I think isn't it great I'm now a non-smoker. I think about the money I've saved and my health. And then instead of feeling sad about not having a cigarette I feel happy that I've done it. Let yourself feel proud to have successfully given up.

don't taste one! I gave up for 6 months once and I had just one and before I knew it I was back smoking full time. Just put them in the bin.
