Useful link to Never take a puff again!

Hi brothers and sisters:
I found this book very helpful in my new journey: http://whyquit.com/joel/ntap.pdf
The site is also very useful.
Thanks

Hi Brooky,
I found this book very helpful in my new journey too. A very useful book. I finished reading it a couple of weeks ago. His one point about picking up smoking again during stressful times really stuck with me. Fast forward to today and something really stressful happened this morning that made me want to light up. I was at work with co-workers who still smoke and bumming a smoke off of them would've been so easy. However, in his book Joel says - Question - Will your problem go away if you smoke that cig? Answer - No. Question - Will another problem occur if you smoke that cig? Answer - Yes, cause you'll be hooked and addicted again. So now, instead of the one original problem you have two problems to deal with. No thank you. Didn't light up after all. It's been 8 months and 8 days (253 days) smoke free for me and nicotine/cigarette terrorists still sneaks up. One needs to vigilant. After having read my comment I think I'll post it as a separate story. Stay strong everyone and thanks for the reminder Brooky.

Dear Safe, you are far, far too strong than I am. I am just 50 days smoke free. Congra! Yes, you can post your experience separately, it would definitely help someone if not many people. Thanks once again.
