Suggestions needed please

Hey guys ,
So now I’m already 18days free smoke , There has been lots of going on inside my body after quit smoking. I have been heavy smoker for last 10 years which means somewhere between 10-15 cigarettes in a day. Within few hours of quitting , I stared feeling the very bad craving followed by cough next day. Then on second day I started having problem with breathing ( short of breath) and chest which was after a week but the cough still not going away. Now I’m having really bad sore Throat and swallow lymph nodes which is making my life very difficult at the moment . Any suggestions would be highly appreciated in regards to these symptoms after quitting smoking ?

Persevere ... trust me after smoking 30 a day ... I’ve done 5 weeks and it’s been aweful but worth it wait for the bad headaches!!!!

Hopefully, you just have one of those summer infections that go around. Also, maybe you are suffering form anxiety.
Knowledge is power (over the nicotine monster). There is some good reading out there, or audio books to help you overcome the thinking process that makes you THINK you want to smoke.
Alan Carrs easy way is a good book to listen to or read.

Yes it has been very tough 3 weeks, BTW today’s I’m feeling lot better but these symptoms keep changing everyday. Sometimes I feel that I have got all the symptoms exists on this planet. but now I’m going to see the GP today because I’m very worried now .
