beware

I am 632 days smoke free & I don't want or feel like a cigarette.

But HABIT nearly got me I have just been talking on the phone out on the back veranda,( my husband still smoke but has cut down a lot and leaves his cigs on the table out there) and before i knew it I had a cigarette in my hand and lit the lighter It gave me such a shock, i didn't lit the cigarette. So be careful out there, sometimes things happen
