Any Tip on Congested Nose after quitting

it has been around 45 days from my last cigarettes. After two weeks of my quit day, I am felling a congested nose and it's not improving. I tried inhalers but they were of no help. I read that some people have faced the same situation but did not find any remedies or tips on that.

Omg me too !!! After 3 weeks of no cigarettes after very heavy smoking a pkt a day for 9 yrs !!!!! I’m congested I get headaches and feel flu symptoms... definitely don’t feel good

Whoa.. I faced exactly Mandy. Headaches and all have gibe but still congestion is there which gets quite irritating at times.
