It is possible! no matter how heavy of a smoker you are!

Im 17 years old and this is my quitting journey and i would like to help as many as i can with tips and tricks to defeat the smoke fein!
Just picture what your life was like before you did things with a cigarette in your hand. Picture the build-up of tar in your lungs and what your hair, skin, clothes and breath is like when you are near people. This is my first day of quitting and I've been a heavy smoker since i was 14, and trust me, nothing is more unattractive then someone that absolutely reeks of a tobacco! Every one wants to be fit and healthy in some way and smoking defeats the purpose of both. Live a long, happy and healthy life! apparently its really worth it in the end. If you quit, it gives others hope they can too, and thats more people in the world with a longer life line and decreases death due to smoking and cancer. I want to quit because i want to have a healthy body and i don't want to be another family member that dies of cancer because it is so high in my family tree. If your routine with a cup of coffee or tea is with a ciggy, try swapping with a book or your phone or drawing and writing. If it's when you just wake up, try swapping with a meal or a piece of chewy. If its going on a walk, try putting your headphones in and zoning out. Temptation is just a feeling, IT WILL PASS! just like when you feel sad or angry, its only temporary. it will not last forever! so when you get past the feigning feeling of having a cigarette, you are 7 steps forward to never picking up a smoke again. Imagine all the money you are saving by not buying packs and lighters or filters and papers and pouches? If you quit and put the money you would buy them with in a jar you would be booking a holiday or buying something you've always wanted before you know it. i believe in you! IT IS POSSIBLE!
Wow you are so young! Be proud of yourself for quitting! You are to young to fall into a smoking addiction! Stay strong. You can do it!
Also if you like reading google a pdf book called "never take another puff" by joel Spitzer. Or any allen carr book. They are very helpfull and great motivation.
Best of luck with it!
