How to avoid an upset stomach while using nicotine spray

Hello everyone. I've been using nicotine spray for the past month and have found it incredibly useful for allaying cravings and avoiding going back to smoking cigarettes. However, in my own experience and what I've seen a fair bit of in forums is that the spray can often cause feelings of sickness in the stomach as a result of using the spray. I've come up with a simple way to negate this.

Once you've used the spray, hold it under your tongue until you're satisfied that the nicotine has been absorbed (about 60 seconds) then just spit out what's left and rinse your mouth with some water. I think this is probably healthier way of using the spray than swallowing it because it's pretty harsh on the stomach.

Hope this helps and good luck on your journey. Thanks for reading.
