reduced back to half a tablet to help me sleep

Hi recently started on champix i found after i went on to 1mg tablet twice a day i could not sleep when. I cut 1mg tablet in two I would take the 0.5mg instead of taking full dose it seems to help hope it keeps work has i don,t want to start the bad habbit again.
