Hi Everyone hope your all going well and if not keep trying I have been 248 days smoke free and boy its been hard some days but I did the right thing and stopped keep positive and drink loads of water and keep strong in the mind as this is what makes it so hard to stay smoke free once you keep the smoke free thoughts clear everything else will fall into place

You have done extremely well, Wilson.

Yes some days are stronger than others,

You have overcome the worst phase in quitting.

Hi Wilson, yep I'm still right behind you on 230 days, feeling very smug some days at how well we on this site are all doing I never thought I could do it and I know that without the support on here I don't think I would have made it so congrats everyone and thank you
