Hi all.
Into week four and starting to get mild cravings. I started to think about triggers. My worst trigger was with my cup of coffee in the morning. I have stopped this and now have a glass of orange juice in bed before I get up for my shower. My second trigger was my phone I now turn it off and wait until night and answer any messages. I have convinced myself that smoking is the most foul filthy habit and that people look down on me. Just seeing the poor B......ds standing out in the rain trying to suck filth into their lungs is enough to make me give it up.

Goodday Woka, mate you doing well. I had problems with my first coffee in morning too and also after evening dinner. However, after 117 days it does not bother me. I just check the national news while having morning coffee and then later have a quarter lozenge nrt. Eventually you come good. Just have to live and bear it.

Agree with Steve01. Take the time to smell the aroma of the coffee. Hope you are using a coffee machine. Of my many 530 days quit I have been amazed by the fabulous aroma of the brewing morning caffeine fix. Tastes and smells so much better without the nicotine.
