End of week four.Have found that getting rid of triggers that make you want a smoke helps with the urge to light up.HAVE A MIND SET THAT IT IS THE MOST FILTHY THING YOU CAN DO.LOOK AT FROM THE VIEW OF A NON SMOKER THE BAD SMELL AND THE ASH AND BUTTS EVERY WHERE. THIS HELPS YOU. MOST OF ALL BE PROUD THAT YOU HAVE GOT THE BETTER OF THE NICO DEVIL. MOST OF ALL POST AND LET YOUR GOOD FRIENDS ON THIS SITE HELP. THANK YOU ALL.

Hi Woka. Congratulations on your first month!!! Awesome job! I am on day 1 today of being free of the nico devil. Have smoked for 36 years heavily and have had numerous quit attempts. Thank you for your tips.... I will be trying to think this way
