Hi Guys
just dropped in to see who's around and say I am 6 months nicotine free and its been hard in dealing with other non smoke related issues that of cause are smoke related to some degree.
good to see some new faces and the old crew marching forward well done to you all you are the courageous ones!!
IC

Well done - six months down the track and you have broken the back of it. I think we will always find some temptation but after a while we realize that it is just the old devil ringing a hollow bell and we are way better off staying on track. You've done that. You know that. Good on you.

Hi IC. After nearly 500 days I am still around.Always encouraging to see blasts from the past re-visit and reassure us that they are beating the habit.

thanks guys and yes been a bit slack on my posting been moving not so much fun but most of its done now so hope to drop in more often.
well done everyone for keeping smoke free.
IC

Cripes, hope the move went well. It's something I promised myself I would not do again (I'm a hoarder so it's the thing of nightmares for me). Glad to see you back and that you're ok. You have been missed, oh wise one :)

Hi IC - did you also take Champix? If you did, do you maybe have tips on sleeping better?? I go to bed dead tired but awake at 2 or 3 am and can't sleep again!

No didn't use champix , but sleep is still disjointed for me and that's for a number of reasons, trick I used to use was warm milk and honey and maybe some meditation if you can find some that works for you ?
but its 12.30am and I am awake and its just how it is I guess, I know what doesn't work though is getting frustrated about trying to sleep :(
hope you can get some sleep tonight Elna.

congrats IC, so pleased you are still going, hadn't seen you for a while and i was thinking of you
