I have noticed that taking a nice warm bath and listening to calming music/trying to watch a movie on my laptop while in the bath it helps with my anxiety and body aches and calms me down while I'm trying to quit.

what ever works hey we all have to learn some new skills when and after quitting seems like its part of the fun :)

Hey, first days are very important, u should be strong and don't think about. Day by day cravings will be less and weak. keep relaxed, don't meet with smoker friends. ask yourself if u have reasons to begin it, think about positive sides of quitting.
