This morning i wake up the wrong side of the bed i felt like a slip up but i didn't. But i seen to manage okay. The best way i did is to go out for the day to find a way to help me feel more relaxing and try not to stress too much about it. And now i had been off the bad habit for almost 2 months this always be the hardest for me. but it worth it's. Even more harder for me when i got my sister who is a smoker as well. All i have to do now is to stay strong for my own health.

Well done, Pamela, you're doing brilliantly. There will probably always be times when the niggle appears but they will get less and less. Stay strong and you will keep smiling. No one ever said this was easy and without the bad days you can't expect to appreciate the good ones.

Hi Pam, keep going, you are doing so well, 2 months is amazing, I am so proud of you, I am just over 2 weeks and feel like I am struggling most days, and I understand totally about your sister, both my husband and daughter are smokers and some days I could just climb the walls, I am so frustrated, but I do think it is getting easier, the support here is so good for all of us and we all need to stick together and post lots - it lets us all know that there are others going through just what we are going through, and some are at different points in their path which we will get,to in time I wish there was a chat room room on this site so that we could talk in real time instead of waiting for posts,
