I read Allen Carr's Easy Way To Stop Smoking. Sounds naff but he tackles the psychological side of it. That's the hard part of stopping as the nicotine is only present in your system for 48 hours after your last cigarette. Staying busy by having a list of jobs to do.

been smoke free for 8 we and now includeeks now, side effects seem worse than ever and now include stiff neck/sholder and really bad indigestion/heartburn. Any advice welcomed as I have done so well to get this far!!

read a lot of stories and facts about withdrawal and put down my last smoke, and no its not that easy but if I can do it anyone can and come here and read gain power from others stories.
