Try champix day 5 for me and I can't stand the thought of a smoke 😀 There are some side affects but worth it for me .

Congratulations Kanen , I'm using champix and smoked for the first week and a half and my quit date was 19th June so I have been 3 days smoke free and I have to say that champix has changed my life, in the past attempts I have used patches, gum, sprays et and by the end of the day I was a complete wreck and back up to the store and bought cigarettes and continued on my merry way, but champix took all the pleasure away when I had a cig, I have gone cold turkey and haven't looked back, but I also find a lot of strength when I read , post on this web site and able too talk too and more importantly help people whom are in the same situation as me , keep up the great work and if you feel like having one just have a look at your profile picture and say I want to grow old together, well done 😀
