When I think to far into the future I feel a lot of pressure, when I say 3 days feels a little better, but 36 hrs is a whole lot better. I know this is a mind over matter but I seriously know every hour I do not smoke is a hour towards not putting pressure onto myself, thinking all good thoughts to you all and know, I know, how tuff it is. Keep your strength up will start the gym it is free outdoors where I live, no sweaty smells, just the trees that I can nearly smell.
