Mouth Spray with Patches

Hi All
For me it's only 3 days. I am using 21mg patches and they take away the craving...almost.
At the end of the day I have had to use the mouth spray as well.
Applied to the inside of your cheek (not on the tongue and definitely don't inhale!). It works!
Today I went for a 6km walk. I haven't done that for years.
It is amazing how quickly the energy comes back...
