Orange juice diluted with some soda water, and just lots of water helps get rid of the nicotine quicker. Into week 2 and feeling gooood, tired but fresher and cleaner :-)

Keep on going. These new habits help make you last the distance. Great job on getting to week 2. The habits might change but it is all about creating new habits.
