REBOOTING

I slipped, not real bad, but enough to reboot my QUIT- I had saved 10 cigarettes for a just in case I couldn't handle it. Well that turned out to be a really bad idea. Not only did I have a couple a day, I found myself looking forward to that afternoon cigarette. How crazy is that?

Instead of beating myself up, today I am getting rid of ALL smoking related stuff, and moving on.

Keep going,give up every day for a month if that's the way that works,never give up giving up!!

I threw away all my smoking-related stuff, including a very old, much loved leather tobacco pouch that I had for years. That hurt...but it had too many smoking memories attached.
