Started my baby patches today which are 10 mg so only two weeks to go and I will have clicked up 12 weeks.Soooo determined to do it right to ensure I increase my chances of a successful quit.i have actually found the patches to be very effective in taking the edge off the cravings and allowing me to still function.last time I used Champix which didn't agree with me.But each to their own.i feel "normal" if there is such a thing .Darts are no longer part of my life .For anyone contemplating giving up it is a personal challenge, but just sooo worth it. it is just great to not have to be tied down to an expensive habit which is a waste of time, money and a waste of your life. Keep determined xxxx

Day 70 tomorrow - that's 10 whole weeks. WOW.( I Dont think we really believed we could get this far when we started but with the support from those on this site we have. Each week is usually easier).

You sing your happy song and I'll sing my " I an woman hear me roar, cos I don't smoke any more" song......out of tune of course.

Dear Nannette,

I have my good days. My Husband is tolerant and kind. He is supportive of my quit journey. He provides daily care. He listens to me. A while ago I found myself talking about smoking and quiting in an obsessed manner. I'm trying to tone it down without smoking more.
