If you are on Champix and they upset your tummy i found having the tablet between 2 mouth fills of yoghurt helped immensely.

What helps me is having a sugary drink as well. I'm currently on day 30 smoke free on champix and my night tablet I need to have something sugary or I go instantly sick it's weird lol good luck.!
