878 days, but who's counting.
Just got back from my powerwalk for an hour and 10 minutes . Not puffing , healthy sweat, coming up 54 years old and feeling like I'm 40.Why did I smoke for 35 years ? We've all got the same pathetic excuses. Give up now and reclaim YOUR LIFE !!!.I have saved $17,500.00 and spent in on nice clothes, fine dining, weekends away, concerts and an overseas holiday and that's just out of money I would've spent on smokes.Life is great when you don't stink and you can breath properly.

Wow, that makes me feel so inspired. Thanks for the post, it's so good to hear such a positive story and makes me think after my 26 years of smoking I can do it too! I just hope it's not too late!
