hi to all,
my study proved in my case the following factors for crave trigger. watch for these period and cope with that in your own way. it is the HALT period. normally when ever you are in these period you start craving.
H =whenever you are Hungry.
A =whenever you are Angry.
L =whenever you are Lonely.
T =whenever you are Tired.
so don't HALT, kill halt and continue the journey.

Thank you Pravi, recognising when we are weak is helpful. I am proudly on day 6 and feel happy about it, haven't had many strong desires to smoke, i have just finished dinner and sat down at my desk and suddenly felt myself feeling for one. It is helpful to turn to this website and see how everyone is doing. Your post is great timing, now i know what it is, i am very tired, it's quite a tiring time because the body is going through a huge adjustment. i have also knocked off the coffee and alcohol, as a result i am experiencing chronic headaches but i know these will pass, i rode my bike today and pushed myself harder than usual - it felt good. Glad you are still on the path toward excellent health. You are an inspiration Pravi :)
