This is an interesting podcast from ABC on willpower.

I found it useful as it discusses how using willpower actually depletes the body of glucose and how willpower can be strengthened through continued use. The most practical application of this for me has been eating boiled lollies when the cravings have struck hard for example after dinner and in work breaks.

Makes sense, I was totally craving fruity lollies on my last quit and now I can see why! I have stashed lollies everywhere for this quit I will beat it this time .. Good luck in your journey x
