Hi guys!  I have just finished having an hour and a half massage and facial. Something I have NEVER done in my life! This is something I would recommend as an activity to do in the early days/weeks of quitting (money saved from smoking anyway) as the aromas and the experience itself is so relaxing and rejuvinating. Worth every cent. Give it a go. :) WARNING: you will feel great afterwards so be prepared.

Just as a note for the fellas....My husband (he smokes) got one with me to support my quit and thought is was great! (in fact most salons cater for men too) So the blokes don't have an excuse not to get one either. :)

That sounds awesome. 6 days ago i wouldn't even be able to sit still and enjoy something like that without running out half way through for a smoke. lol Just one more benefit, keep them coming.....

That is sweet...choosehealth2015 its a wonderful feeling taking care of yourself. I managed to treat myself as well, recently from money save from not smoking;). Congratulations for staying quit!

Good on you, that is such an investment, it is the best reward and helps recovery. i look forward to doing this too.
