Day 5 and one week of non smoking is in reach.Mornings are easy and considering I would have 4 cigs before I left for the day that's huge . Only one major crave at 3 pm which required two bottles of water. Finding the apples effective in reducing cravings especially the one for morning tea. Couldn't do a coffee today at work as I always had a cig so tea and an apple instead main thing is I'm getting there and I won't deny its a challenging journey . Stick with it everyone and best of luck we all need each other's support. X

Hey Nannette, I am on Day 5 and have reduced the coffee as well. Funny to hear about your apple and water, as it is 3pm right now for me and i have a banana and a glass of water going. too funny. wish me well.
