I had prepared a to do list with items that took from 5 mins to full projects and just kept going. Drank bottles of water every time I felt like a cig ( 8 bottles ) given I was smoking a pack a day the cravings are subsiding and easier to get through. Kept checking my app to get me through . Sooooo nice to see my bank balance not dwindling away by 25 dollars a day . Feel a bit flat tonight but I think that's because I did heaps of gardening and I'm pretty tired. Another star on my chart. YES

I used to do alot. I made long lists of chores to do. It worked until I was exhausted and then I would smoke. I have learnt to rest. Now I have smoke free days. I quit mid morning. I have been reading your post. You are amazing.
