After Champix
Champix is extremely effective for giving up smoking. After the course is finished be sure that you do not have even one cigarette. You will think that you can have just one smoke and it will be okay, just one wont get you restarted. It will. It will every time. DONT do it. Just one smoke can get you restarted.
I agree I quit for 10 years stared smoking socially then it became all the time. I'm 1 week smoke free on Champix I'm never smoking again.
I agree i tried champix years ago and it really does work. In saying that you have to really want to quit smoking.I quit for 6 months & was feeling great.I was out one time socially & slipped up, had just ONE cigarette. I was back to smoking in no time. I am happily going through this journey again to quit smoking. Back on champix Day 8. Slowly but surely.:)
