i figured out that i used to smoke more when i was at home, this weekend was really difficult for me i almost took a cigarette like 5 times, sitting around and watching tv made me realise i smoked because i was bored thats the fact. I evetually went around the house looking for lighters and ashtrays that reminded me of smoking and threw them away so i felt abit better. So the mt tip for this first few weeks is to keep myself busy always, find a hobby and ya go for it!

You're doing great, keep fighting thru those cravings, honestly they do become less and less. And remember, you got thru yesterday so you can get thru tomorrow, it's just another day!:). Stay strong and all the best!

Congrats Anir!!! Keep up the good work. The cravings will go away... I am on my 2nd week coldturkey 1st try. I feel amazing, my family very happy, very little cravings...I just exercise and drink plenty of water :)
