By far the easiest quit smoking method i have found

I was a smoker from the age of 16 in 2002 until 2013, roughly 20-30 a day, I had tried everything from patches to gum, the closest i came to quitting was on Champix in 2011 but the side effects were to much for me to handle.

2 years later i heard of a product called Quit4Good Oral strips, I did the research and figured i had nothing except money to lose "well not even that because it came with a guarantee"

2 weeks later the strips arrived in the post. By day 5 of a 25 day course i had stopped smoking, not because the packet told me to but more of the strips made me feel that i didn't want to smoke any more. since that day i have not had one craving or one thought of touching another cigarette. The only side effect i noticed was a slight increase in appetite which lasted until the end of the course.

I work in an industry surrounded by smokers which doesn't bother me and i can't praise Quit4Good highly enough for making the journey so easy.

I never though i would ever be able to quit as my will-power has always been less than great and having friends and family that smoked around me didn't help much either.

If you're having trouble quitting i would recommend Quit4Good oral strips to anyone.

I am glad you found something to aid your quit. I think your willpower might be more effective than you think. I was in a smoking cage at a hospital today. I was offered a smoke but it wasn't even tempting.
